Key Account Sales Representative (M/F)

To accelerate this momentum, Cloud Temple is recruiting a Corporate Business Executive (M/F), a key role in winning and developing the corporate market.

The Business Executive Corporate oversees the commercial strategy for the Corporate segment, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, across complex and strategic sales cycles.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will contribute directly to Cloud Temple's growth by developing new accounts and significantly increasing the value generated on priority accounts in your portfolio.

As a Corporate Business Executive, you will be involved in developing the Corporate segment, covering greenfield acquisition, growth of low-coverage accounts and comprehensive management of the sales cycle.

Greenfield development:

• Acquire new strategic accounts in the corporate market.
• Map, prioritise and prospect a structured greenfield pipeline.
• Occasionally rely on a BDR to accelerate detection and engagement.
• Engage C-level decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO) through a consultative sales approach.

Growth in the Low Coverage portfolio:

• Manage a portfolio of 5 to 10 corporate accounts identified as priority accounts.
• Significantly increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling (sovereign cloud, cybersecurity, managed services).
• Define, execute and maintain accurate, results-oriented account plans.

Management of the full cycle (6 to 12 months):

• Manage the entire cycle: qualification, discovery, technical evaluation, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Manage complex negotiations (hybrid IaaS/PaaS pricing, multi-entity contracts, multi-year commitments).
• Oversee complex renewals and ensure optimal business continuity.

Methodology & Commercial Excellence:

• Rigorously apply the MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) framework throughout the entire cycle to maximise the win rate and improve forecast reliability.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting: weekly forecasts, Greenfield KPIs vs territory.
• Participate in pipeline reviews with Sales governance.

You have a five-year higher education qualification and are a graduate of an engineering school; ideally, you will have attended a Grande École de Commerce or have an equivalent qualification.

You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in closing B2B deals, ideally in the IT, cloud or cybersecurity sectors. You have solid experience in business development, combining outbound and inbound strategies, as well as in opening and developing new accounts.

You are used to managing complex sales involving multiple stakeholders, across long sales cycles, from identifying the opportunity right through to closing the deal.

You have a firm grasp of structured prospecting techniques and know how to develop a targeted and effective sales approach. You are comfortable with complex commercial negotiations and have a very good understanding of IT environments, private and public cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

You are familiar with tender processes and value-based selling approaches, and are able to identify clients’ challenges, develop a relevant value proposition and see the sale through to completion.

Tools we are proficient in:

• Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, collaborative tools).
• A CRM system such as Dynamics 365.

English is a must for this role.
