Intégré dans une squad d’une 10ène de personne et sous l’Opération Team Leader, vous serez acteur de la stabilité et de la qualité du service fourni à nos clients, en travaillant dans un environnement exigeant en termes de sécurité et de disponibilité et également d’assurer la fiabilité, la performance et l’évolution de nos applications, du SI PAMS (Prestataire d’Administration et de Maintenance Sécurisé) et des services cloud.
Vos responsabilités principales seront :
- Design, development and maintenance of our platform and deployment pipelines.
- Active participation in innovation projects and the digital transformation of services.
- Working on the day-to-day financial optimisation of public cloud resources (FinOps).
- Proactive management of production incidents, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective solutions.
- Managing and anticipating the risks associated with changes in production, while ensuring that service levels are respected.
- Contribution à l’enrichissement de notre base de connaissances techniques, facilitant le
partage d’information et l’amélioration continue. - Commitment to a proactive approach to improving DevOps processes and tools.
- Supporting run teams as they develop their skills through training and day-to-day support.
- Support dev teams to facilitate regular production releases and optimise delivery processes
- Participating in the Build to Run process as part of our customers' transformations and helping the SDMs to validate this process.
- Improve the supervision of environments and applications to ensure their availability and performance.
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 en informatique et vous disposez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 10 ans en ingénierie de production et CloudOps.
Vous avez de solides connaissances du Cloud AZURE ainsi que des outils de supervision et d’observabilité tels que Nagios, ELK, Prometheus ou Grafana.
Des certifications cloud azure notamment AZ305 est appréciée.
Vous êtes à l’aise dans des environnements IT complexes et exigeants, avec une solide culture Linux/UNIX, Cloud et réseaux.
Vous aimez automatiser, fiabiliser et améliorer les environnements de production et maîtrisez les pratiques DevOps / Cloud Native ainsi que plusieurs technologies clés : Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible ou Terraform.
Vous savez également vous appuyer sur le scripting et les outils d’IA pour gagner en efficacité, notamment dans l’automatisation et l’analyse des environnements.
Au-delà de la technique, nous recherchons surtout une personne curieuse, proactive et orientée amélioration continue, qui aime partager ses connaissances et faire progresser le collectif.
