Cloud Temple is offering you the opportunity to join its teams as Engineering Manager Network, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer. The aim of this key position is to guarantee the resilience of our infrastructures, anticipate the challenges of the future (Zero Trust, automation, cloud networking), and support our demanding customers, both major accounts and institutions, with complex issues.
You'll be working on multi-cloud environments, evolving architectures and advanced security solutions, as part of a team of technical experts.
Your tasks
As Engineering Manager Network , you will be responsible for :
- Management of a team of 5 to 7 network engineers.
- Contribute to the automation of the backbone and network services
- Take an active part in day-to-day operational activities
- Analysing, recommending and validating technical solutions, particularly in terms of safety
- Design and deploy robust and scalable network architectures
- Define and maintain technical standards, norms and procedures
- Anticipating needs through capacity planning
- Continuous technological monitoring
- Contribute to and update technical documentation
- Participate in technical leadership and knowledge sharing within the team

Training :
Bac+5 Speciality: IT or equivalent, specialising in telecommunications networks or development.
Experience :
Between 7 and 10 years with previous management experience (managing at least 3 people).
Skills required :
- Excellent knowledge of network protocols and their implementation (BGP, IP, MPLS, EXVP, VXLAN, VPLS, etc.)
- Mastery of at least one manufacturer's platform (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or development language
- Good knowledge of DevOps practices and associated tools :
Ansible
Git
CI/CD
Valued skills (plus) :
- Knowledge of fibre optic network technologies (OTN, DWDM)
- Good command of Linux systems
