Join Cloud Temple and help shape the future of the European sovereign cloud!
Cloud Temple, a leader in digital sovereignty, helps businesses and public sector bodies to transform, host and outsource their mission-critical applications.
Against a backdrop of rapidly increasing use of artificial intelligence, the company is looking to take its management and performance to the next level.
We are creating a role at the heart of General Management, with a clear mandate: to make data and AI a concrete lever for improving performance, by transforming the way the company anticipates, decides and executes. This position is aimed at a high-potential individual who wants to have a direct impact on the company's key decisions. This role combines strategic thinking with the ability to execute: understanding, structuring, modelling... and then building.
Your environment: direct reporting to the Managing Director, daily interaction with the Executive Committee, cross-functional view of all activities.
Tasks :
As Lead Data, AI & Performance, your responsibilities will be:
- Put the company under data & AI control, with clear, reliable indicators in real time.
- Harnessing AI to improve the accuracy, speed and robustness of decisions.
- Develop anticipation skills (forecasts, detection of weak signals, scenarios).
- Identify, design and implement AI use cases that have a significant impact on performance (margin, delivery, cash flow, sales).
- Automate analyses and make them more reliable to reduce delays and bias in decision-making.
- Design, test and prototype certain models and tools directly when necessary.
- Challenging directors and the Executive Committee on their figures, plans and decisions.
- Providing an independent, structured and demanding perspective on strategic decisions.
- Contribute directly to structuring decisions alongside the Managing Director.
We are looking for a high-potential candidate, a graduate of a Grande École or an engineering school, with at least three years’ experience in data, AI, analytics or consultancy.
- You have excellent analytical and organisational skills and are able to quickly identify the key issues involved in a problem.
- You understand business and performance challenges and know how to translate them into practical solutions using data and AI.
- You have a strong, practical interest in artificial intelligence, as well as a good ability to work with data and develop simple models, particularly in Python and using data and AI tools.
- You are able to move quickly from analysis to implementation, and to prototype and test solutions.
- You are at ease in demanding environments and when dealing with senior-level contacts; you are able to communicate clearly, challenge analyses and contribute directly to the decision-making process.
- Fluency in English is essential.
