Junior Account Executive on work-linked training (M/F)

As a Junior Account Executive on work-linked trainingYou will be responsible for :

Acquisition of new accounts (New Business) :

• Actively prospect for new customers (outbound and inbound), in line with Cloud Temple's development strategy.
• Identify, qualify and convert leads into concrete sales opportunities.

Sales cycle management

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from making contact to signing contracts.
• Understanding customer issues and proposing appropriate solutions in collaboration with the technical teams.
• Prepare and lead sales meetings (discovery, demonstration, presentation).
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with the company's strategy.

Developing the sales pipeline

• Feeding and structuring the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
• Ensuring rigorous monitoring of opportunities in the CRM (updating, prioritisation, forecasting).
• Analysing sales performance and adjusting prospecting actions accordingly.

SKILLS AND KNOW-HOW REQUIRED :

Level of qualifications :
❑ BAC +4 Grande Ecole de Commerce or equivalent.

Expected skills :
❑ Interest in sales prospecting and developing new customers.
❑ Good verbal and interpersonal skills.
❑ Ability to understand customer needs and argue a bid.
❑ Aptitude for negotiation and commercial environments.
❑ Interest in IT / cloud topics.
❑ Organised and rigorous in monitoring sales actions (CRM).

Tools to master :
❑ Office 365 (office pack, collaborative tools).
❑ Dynamics 365.

❑ Advanced
English :
❑ Advanced (advanced written and oral comprehension and expression, able to communicate with ease in an international professional context)
