Team Lead DataCenter (M/F)

Cloud Temple is offering you the opportunity to join its teams as a Team Lead Datacenter. You will report to the Technical Department. You will manage Cloud Temple's Datacenter business.

Our data centres are all located in the Paris region. You will manage the team of mobile technicians responsible for the smooth running of our hosting rooms, and manage relations with our data centre space providers in the Paris region.

Your tasks will be as follows:

• Planning and prioritising the work required in the data centre
• Schedule for each datacenter technician
• Monitoring the work of technicians in the field, assisting them where necessary (e.g. problems with access to a site, blockage at the security control centre, etc.).
• Monitoring commercial and contractual relations with data centres
• Monitoring compliance of datacentre deliverables (energy, air conditioning, delivery management, cross-connects)
• Monitoring proactive maintenance of data centres and managing any associated risks
• Reconciliation between invoices received and products actually consumed (e.g. number of cross-connects/patches used in each Meet-Me-Room).
• Reporting activities to technical management

• Similar experience or acquired skills enabling you to succeed in this position
• You are known for your rigour and organisation.
• You know how to communicate with your teams, and also check that their work is completed correctly
• You are a team player, responsive and flexible.
• You know how to manage a crisis situation, initiate and organise actions to restore normalcy
• You have good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.

Technical skills :

• You are familiar with the technical and operational functioning of a data centre in France
• You are comfortable with the different types of telecoms cabling (copper and fibre)
• You are familiar with the concepts of heavy current (0-1000v)
• You are familiar with the Meet-Me-Room concept
• You have experience of managing technical teams in the field (data centre environment)
• You have a thorough understanding of technical and legal issues, so you are responsible for ensuring that the contract between Cloud Temple and the various data centres where space is rented is properly executed.
• You have a B driving licence
