To strengthen our Computing & Storage team, Cloud Temple is offering you the opportunity to join us as a Cloud Support Engineer .

As part of the Trusted Cloud Support team, you will be responsible for maintaining our compute and virtualisation infrastructures in operational condition, hosted in our private cloud, as well as handling support tickets escalated by our customers (internal or external). You will be working on certified infrastructures (SecNumCloud, HDS) with strict security and availability constraints. The team is at the forefront of requests and incidents, so the activities are varied and allow you to quickly gain context and apply acquired skills, as well as developing new ones.

MISSIONS :

As a Cloud Support Engineer (M/F) , Your responsibilities will include :

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our infrastructures, as well as ensuring the stability of the service provided to customers.
  • Contribute to automation by being a driving force behind proposals
  • Communicating with our customers and partners on the progress of escalated issues
  • Participate in the delivery of Professional Services
  • Maintain operational and safety compliance of services
  • Participate in infrastructure and service development and transformation projects
  • Developing and maintaining a technical knowledge base
Profile required

Job requirements :

Level of qualifications :

  • BAC + 5

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of Git tools, GitLab (CI/CD), Docker, Terraform, Ansible
  • Mastery of containerisation concepts (Docker, K8S) (knowledge of OpenShift would be a plus)
  • Mastery of ITIL concepts
  • Knowledge of Cisco and IBM Storage products
  • Advanced knowledge of LAN and WAN networks (VLAN, BGP)
  • Knowledge of UNIX environments (FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Bash, PHP, Golang, JAVA
  • Knowledge of VMware virtualisation products
  • Writing skills
  • Customer relations skills

Language skills :

  • English: read, spoken and written

Expected experience :

At least 2 years in a similar position

  • Experience in administering various infrastructures (VMware certification would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of different storage architectures (SAN / vSAN)
  • Ability to automate operational actions (scripts, dev)
  • Skills in service supervision solutions and their performance
