Mastering the PUE of our hosting partners

The energy efficiency of a datacenter can be defined read through the PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) which represents the ratio of the amount of electricity to be supplied to the datacenter to provide 1kWh of useful electricity to a server.

We commit ourselves alongside our hosting partners to systematically propose an average PUE of 1.5 in our offers.

Securing our commitments through recognised certifications

All of our datacenters are ISO 14001 certified, monitoring environmental indicators by partner hosting companies.

Two of our hosting companies (Equinix and Interxion) are players in the ecosystem through the signing of manifests such as the “Climate Neutral Datacenter Pact” or “Planet Tech’Care”, allowing them to define clear and ambitious goals.

In addition, all our partners have signed the European Union’s “Code of Conduct for Energy Efficiency in Data Centers”, committing themselves to implementing precise practices to reduce their energy consumption.
