5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

The sharing of your personal data with certain recipients may involve the transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area to countries where Cloud Temple group entities operate.

To this end, we transfer certain data to our teams located in Tunisia, which benefits from standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Cloud Temple pays particular attention to the protection of your personal data. Thus, when such transfers outside the EEA must take place, Cloud Temple first puts in place appropriate safeguards by signing the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with the entity outside the EEA that processes your personal data.
