The security of your personal data is of paramount importance to Cloud Temple, which implements all necessary measures to guarantee the secure processing of your information. In this respect, Cloud Temple undertakes to comply with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data and, in particular, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.

This privacy policy describes how Cloud Temple collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use the Site. www.cloud-temple.com. Data is collected fairly and transparently, and is only kept for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes described in this document.

Cloud Temple collects the following personal data:

3. Purposes, legal bases and retention periods for processing

Cloud Temple processes the personal data collected for the following purposes and legal bases:

These third-party companies are not authorised to share the information that may be communicated to them or to use it for any other purpose. Cloud Temple has ensured that its relationship with these third-party companies is set out in each contract so as to ensure an adequate level of security for your data.

Finally, in exceptional cases, your personal data may be passed on to the legally authorised administrative or judicial authorities, in strict compliance with the applicable regulations.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

The sharing of your personal data with certain recipients may involve the transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area to countries where Cloud Temple group entities operate.

To this end, we transfer certain data to our teams located in Tunisia, which benefits from standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Cloud Temple pays particular attention to the protection of your personal data. Thus, when such transfers outside the EEA must take place, Cloud Temple first puts in place appropriate safeguards by signing the European Commission's standard contractual clauses with the entity outside the EEA that processes your personal data.

6. User rights

You have the following rights concerning your personal data:

  • Right of rectification: Enables inaccurate or incomplete personal data to be corrected.
