Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
Users are advised to consult the General Terms and Conditions of Use on a regular basis in order to take note of any changes that may have been made to them and of the version in force at the time they consult the Services and/or use the Content and services offered.
Cloud Temple reserves the right to take any action against the User in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use by the User.
Each point of these Terms and Conditions of Use is valid separately and remains valid and applicable independently of the others. The invalidity of a clause or part of these Terms and Conditions of Use does not affect the validity of the clauses not concerned.
Access to the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GCU.

For a proper understanding of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, Users should refer to the following definitions:
"User means any natural person accessing the Site and using the Services or Content, whether in a personal or professional capacity.
" Site " refers to the website published by Cloud Temple and accessible at the address [insert site URL], enabling the User to access the Services and Content as defined below.
"Services Services: refers to all the functionalities offered via the Site, enabling the User, without this list being exhaustive:
- consult information about Cloud Temple's activities, products and services,
- access to a database of specialist publications,
- subscribe to the newsletter,
- register for events (conferences, webinars, trade fairs, workshops),
- download documents (white papers, case studies, press releases, etc.),
- apply for job offers published on the Site,
- or contact the Cloud Temple team via an online form.
"Content Content: refers to all editorial, informative, textual, visual or digital elements made available to the User via the Site as part of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to: the document database, articles, publications, white papers, case studies, videos, computer graphics, press releases, job offers and any other resource that can be consulted or downloaded from the Site.
"Personal data " Personal data: refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, collected and processed in the context of the use of the Site, within the meaning of the RGPD.
"GTCU Terms and Conditions of Use: refers to these Terms and Conditions of Use, which govern access to the Site and use of the Services and Content by the User.
"Cookies " Cookies: refers to a text file recorded on the User's terminal when browsing the Site, used in particular to analyse traffic or personalise the browsing experience.
ARTICLE 1 - NATURE OF SERVICES AND CONTENT
In particular, the Site allows the User, under the conditions defined below, to :
- Consult information on the company's activities, products and services ;
- Access to a documentary base including specialist publications;
- Register for the newsletter in order to receive information and/or commercial communications. The User may choose to unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided for this purpose in each electronic communication received;
- Consult and register for events (conferences, webinars, trade fairs, workshops);
- Download content (white papers, case studies, press releases, etc.);
- Apply to job offers published on the Site;
- Contact the team via an online form;
The information provided on the Site is for information purposes only. It does not constitute a contractual offer of services and may be modified at any time by Cloud Temple.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCESS TO SERVICES
Access to the Site is free of charge, with the exception of Internet connection costs, which are borne by the User.
This right of access enables the User to consult the Services and use the Content within the framework of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The User accepts Cloud Temple's exclusive editorial control over the Services and Content.
ARTICLE 3 - AMENDMENT OF THE GGU
Cloud Temple reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time, without prior notice to the User.
The new provisions come into force as soon as they are published online.
ARTICLE 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and Content are protected by intellectual property rights, in particular by copyright and trademark law.
The right of access granted to the User (cf. Article 2) does not include any authorisation to reproduce or represent the Services or Content. Consequently, without prior written authorisation from Cloud Temple, any reproduction or representation of all or part of the Services or Content, outside of the legal exceptions provided for by the Intellectual Property Code, will constitute an act of infringement and may be the subject of legal action before the competent courts.
The User therefore undertakes not, under penalty of civil and/or criminal sanctions, to represent or have represented, reproduce or have reproduced, adapt, modify, transfer, market, distribute or imitate all or part of the Services or Content.
ARTICLE 5 - LIABILITY
Cloud Temple makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date.
However, it shall not be held liable for :
- Any errors or omissions in the Content;
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Site;
- Damage resulting from the use of the Site or the information published on it;
- Connection and communication costs incurred in accessing and using the Services and Content;
- Loss of data, viruses, intrusions, unless it has been demonstrated that Cloud Temple has failed in its obligation to ensure the security of data by appropriate means;
- Use of the Content by the User ;
Users are solely responsible for the use they make of the information available on the Site.
Article 6 - JURISDICTION
In any event, Cloud Temple may not be held liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure, as defined in article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Should such an event occur, Cloud Temple undertakes to inform the persons concerned as soon as possible and to take all reasonable steps to limit the consequences.
ARTICLE 7 - PERSONAL DATA
When using the Services, in particular when subscribing to the newsletter or/and when contacting the team, Cloud Temple is required to process personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), i.e. information relating to identified or identifiable natural persons, directly or indirectly.
In this respect, Cloud Temple undertakes to comply with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data and, in particular, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.
Each User has, depending on the processing in question, rights relating to the personal data concerning them and, in particular, a right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation of the processing of their personal data or a right to the portability of their data. In addition, each User may withdraw their consent at any time, if this consent is the legal basis used to process their personal data. They may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of their choice, such as the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés) in France.

ARTICLE 9 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law.
The French versions of the General Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.
For Users acting in their capacity as professionals, any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nanterre.
