Use cases
Maximum security, but not in a SecNumCloud zone.
Unlike our IaaS or PaaS offerings, the Housing service is hosted in a non-SecNumCloud area of our data centres. However, the physical infrastructure benefits from the same high resilience requirements (3 availability zones, dual power supply) and is certified by the European Commission. HDS (Health Data Hosting) and ISO 27001.
Access is strictly controlled to ensure everyone's safety.
To guarantee optimum security and traceability, access to your equipment is not unrestricted. All on-site visits are by appointment only, and are always accompanied by a Cloud Temple technician. What's more, to preserve the integrity of the overall infrastructure, any work on the physical cabling (network, power supply, fibre) is carried out exclusively by our engineers. Of course, you retain full control over remote software configuration.
Our technicians take action for you with the “Hands & Eyes” offer.
There's no need to travel for routine operations. Via our console, you can trigger a “Hands & Eyes” service (chargeable per intervention): our on-site technicians can check the status of the LEDs, electrically restart a piece of equipment, connect a terminal to give you remote access, or take photos. During normal working hours, we can respond within 2 hours, or 30 minutes in an absolute emergency.
A question of scale and power.
Shared hosting (billed by the “U”) is ideal for a few servers or network appliances (limited to 25kg per U, with power options from 150W to 800W). Conversely, if you have a large infrastructure requiring private space without cohabitation, a dedicated rack (42U) is recommended. It can support up to 1000kg and includes 3kW of power as standard (expandable in 2kW steps).
12 months minimum and exit free of charge.
Subscribing to a Housing space implies a minimum commercial commitment of 12 months. At the end of the contract, hardware reversibility is completely free of charge: we make your equipment available to you within 15 days (SLA guaranteed) in accordance with the requirements of the Data Act. If you need specific logistical support for your move, our teams can also provide this on request.
