Cloud Temple, a key player in the European sovereign cloud, is looking for a Program Executive to lead an ambitious programme (over €40m over 3 years). You will be helping to turn a European vision into concrete results, working with a wide range of partners.

About Cloud Temple We're building the European alternative of a sovereign, secure, high-performance and eco-responsible cloud. Our SecNumCloud and C5-certified infrastructures host critical systems in France and Europe. You will be working closely with General Management and public and European bodies (DGE, Bpifrance, European Commission).

Your role :

As Program Executive - Cloud Sovereignty & European Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for the delivery, financial compliance and industrial impact of the programme. You will ensure collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that the European objectives of performance, independence, interoperability and sustainability are met.

Tasks :

  • Multi-programme strategic steering: Defining and steering the product and technology roadmap, prioritising resources for European projects (France 2030, IPCEI, Horizon Europe), and establishing a culture of high standards and transparency.
  • Consortium governance and coordination: Structuring governance, coordinating industrial and academic partners, guaranteeing the convergence and quality of deliverables, and representing the consortium in national and European bodies.
  • Public funding and compliance: securing public funding, guaranteeing compliance (eligible expenditure, audits) and managing budget performance.

 

Profile required

You're an expert at managing large-scale programmes, capable of turning strategy into concrete results in a European political and technological context.

  • Training: 5 years' higher education, engineering school or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing complex technology programmes (cloud, cybersecurity, data, critical infrastructures); managing programmes > €20m, multi-partnerships and institutional governance.
  • Technical culture: IaaS, PaaS, virtualisation, security, interoperability; familiarity with France 2030, Bpifrance, European Commission, Horizon Europe.
  • Key skills: Portfolio management, financial rigour, cross-functional leadership, clear communication, results orientation.
  • Tools & methods: MSP®, PgMP®, PRINCE2®, SAFe LPM; MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Confluence.
  • Languages: Fluent English (C1) essential; professional German (B1) appreciated.

Working hours: Permanent - Full-time
Location: Paris La Défense with flexible teleworking (2 days on site, 3 days teleworking)
