Head of Cybersecurity Operations (M/F)

As Head of Cybersecurity Operations, you will be responsible for the technical management of a team of security engineers based around the world, driving the development of cybersecurity products and managing AI-based automation projects.

1/ Your tasks:

Reporting to the Chief Cybersecurity Officer, you will enjoy a high degree of technical autonomy, in a modern and stimulating technological environment.

Main responsibilities: 

Technical management in cybersecurity

• Developing new cybersecurity products: implementing and technically managing the development of innovative offerings, in line with the strategy defined by the Director of Cybersecurity (SOCaaS, PTaaS, etc.).
• Deployment of security solutions: supervising the implementation of security solutions for internal use or for Cloud Temple customers (WAF, NDR, EDR/XDR, SOAR, Anti-DDoS, CASB, etc.).
• Integrating artificial intelligence: making widespread use of AI in all business processes, sometimes in disruptive ways, to improve the productivity and quality of cybersecurity operations.
• Guaranteeing operational excellence: ensuring that managed cybersecurity services are properly delivered and maintaining the expected service levels

Business Development Manager

• Cybersecurity development strategy: presentation and depth of the offering, targeting of customers and management of the sales execution plan
• Sales and technical support: assisting and supporting the sales teams in the sales cycle.

2/ Profile sought :

• Higher education graduate: engineer or university (Bac+5)
• Proven experience: more than 10 years in cybersecurity
• Certifications: ideally CISSP + technical certifications
• English: advanced level
