In a fast-changing market, Cloud Temple is enjoying sustained growth and continuing its expansion in EuropeTo structure and accelerate our sales drive, we're creating a key position of Head of Business Management. This role will be responsible for setting the pace, reinforcing rigorous execution and driving the drive to win complex sales worth several million euros.

Your tasks: 

Reporting to the Customer Success & Global Growth Director, you will be responsible for the Business Managers team.

Your objective: to install the discipline, method and performance culture that will take our growth dynamic to the next level.

Main responsibilities

Managing and steering performance

  • Setting the pace for the team: rituals, pipeline reviews, closing plans, precise and actionable forecasts.
  • Analyse performance indicators (pipeline, conversion rates, forecasts).
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data in Dynamics 365 and the quality of reporting.
  • Identify the levers for acceleration and support sales staff in their priority areas.

Complex sales support

  • Supporting Business Managers in key phases: account plan, access strategy, value propositions, presentations.
  • Challenge the quality of proposals and negotiations.
  • Contribute directly to the closing of major contracts on structuring projects for our customers.

Structuring and continuous improvement

  • Define and deploy sales management processes: rituals, tools, KPIs, governance.
  • Acting as a strategic relay for management on the performance of the new business.
  • Fostering a culture of execution, reliability and excellence.
Profile required

Diploma level Graduate (business school, engineering or university).
Expected experience More than 10 years' experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in the cloud, IT or consulting sectors.

Languages Fluent French and professional English.

Key skills :

  • Mastery of long cycles, account plans and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Proven ability to structure, lead and develop a team without a direct reporting line.
  • An analytical mind, high operational standards and a taste for results.
  • Natural leadership, strength of conviction, winning energy.
  • Complex sales, chart of accounts, access strategy.
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, analytical reporting.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Excel and Power BI appreciated (an asset, not a prerequisite).
