Cloud Temple is offering you the opportunity to join its teams as a Cloud Engineer - Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, resilience and performance of our private cloud platforms. You will play a central role in the design, optimisation and automation of our critical infrastructures.
Your tasks:
As a Cloud Engineer SRE, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Design, deploy and maintain private cloud infrastructures based on open source technologies (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ceph), in compliance with security standards (SecNumCloud, RGPD, HDS).
- Automate deployments and operations using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement full observability of environments using supervision tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.).
- Manage incidents in real time, carry out root cause analyses, document post-mortems and implement sustainable corrective measures.
- Contributing to continuous improvement: improving reliability, performance, documentation, sharing best practice and strengthening the SRE culture.
- Working cross-functionally with the Dev, Infrastructure, Security and Product teams to integrate reliability into system design.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to guarantee the availability of critical services 24/7

Diploma level Bac+5 - Engineering school or university equivalent.
Expected experience Between 4 and 6 years' experience in a similar role.
- Automate sovereign cloud environments from start to finish (deployment, configuration, scaling).
- Diagnose and quickly resolve complex technical incidents (infrastructure, network, applications).
- Implement high-quality observability, guaranteeing the traceability and relevance of alerts.
- Participate in constructive post-mortems and formalise lessons learned to strengthen overall robustness.
- Actively contribute to technical documentation, playbooks and knowledge transfer.
- Optimise resources and operating costs with a FinOps approach adapted to the cloud.
Technical skills :
- Expertise in private cloud environments: OpenStack, on-premise Kubernetes, Ceph, etc.
Good knowledge of **virtualisation principles** and associated solutions, in particular **Proxmox** and **VMware ESXi/vSphere**. - Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
- Expertise in containerisation and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes in production.
- Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Mastery of supervision and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, etc.
- Good scripting skills: Python, Go, Bash.
- Understanding security issues: IAM, encryption, system hardening, RGPD compliance, HDS, SecNumCloud.
