The Business Development Representative's main responsibility is to develop the new business pipeline by identifying, contacting and qualifying strategic prospects in Cloud Temple's corporate segment.

Your mission:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel outbound prospecting sequences (email, telephone, LinkedIn, events, networks) to generate qualified appointments for Business Executives.
  • Nurture the relationship over time (post-event follow-up, nurturing, structured follow-ups) in order to turn initial interest into opportunity.
  • Work closely with Marketing (campaigns, content, webinars) and Sales Governance to refine messaging, personas, and targeting priorities.
  • Ensure exemplary data hygiene: daily CRM updates, meeting pipeline tracking, regular reporting on KPIs (number of contacts, response rates, meetings, SQL generated, etc.).

 

Profile required

 

  • First experience in B2B prospecting, ideally in IT/cloud/cybersecurity or in a complex sales environment with C-level contacts.
  • Comfortable with cold calling (cold calls, social selling, personalised emails) and motivated by achieving ambitious quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Proficiency or strong interest in CRM tools and prospecting tools (Dynamics 365 or equivalent, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, emailing/sequencing tools).
  • Analytical and structured mind: ability to prioritise accounts, use data to optimise campaigns and challenge messages.
  • Growth mindset: curiosity about cloud topics, sovereignty, security, desire to learn technical fundamentals (SecNumCloud, HDS, ISO 27001, etc.)

Language skills :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
  • Professional English is a plus given our European ecosystem.
