Cloud Temple invites you to join our Computing & Storage team as a Cloud Engineer Storage. 

As part of a team of around ten people, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our storage infrastructures and ensuring the stability of the service provided to customers. You will be working on certified infrastructures (SecNumCloud, HDS) with strict security and availability constraints.

Your mission 

  • Manage production events and incidents   
  • Ensure rapid resolution of incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective measures  
  • Maintain operational and safety compliance of services   
  • Manage changes in production by validating the level of risk in relation to service levels  
  • Participate in infrastructure and service development and transformation projects  
  • Developing and maintaining a technical knowledge base   
  • Monitor the handling of incidents from start to finish

Tools to master: 

  • Knowledge of Git tools, GitLab (CI/CD), Docker, Terraform, Ansible 
  • Mastery of ITIL concepts  
  • Knowledge of VMware products is an asset 
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Bash, PHP, Golang, JAVA 
  • Proficiency in UNIX environments (FeedBSD, Linux, Solaris) and IP networks 

Language skills : 

English: read, spoken and written 

Profile required

Expected experience: at least 2 years in a similar position 

  • Experience in administering various infrastructures and managing certified IT production environments 
  • Knowledge of information systems architectures  
  • Mastery of standard storage protocols and solutions 
  • Ability to automate operational actions using scripts or programmes  
  • Mastery of service supervision solutions and their performance  
  • Ability to propose and develop production management processes and tools
